HerdVac is an Australian company developing food safety vaccines. Formed in 2004, the company has intellectual property rights for the development of live attenuated vaccines.

HerdVac's major shareholders are  UniQuest Pty Ltd, The University of Queensland’s main commercialisation company and the Symbiosis Group Limited, an Australian life sciences investment and development company.

Recently, the company received a grant from the  Biotechnology Innovation Fund.

HerdVac is currently developing its first product, a cattle Salmonella vaccine, with the expectation of entering the Australian and North American markets.
